Scholarships
RECOGNISING AND REWARDING TALENT
The St Nicholas’ School scholarship programme celebrates and nurtures exceptional ability in academics, art and textiles, drama, music, and sport.
Scholarships are awarded annually as part of the Year 7 admissions process to recognise pupils who demonstrate outstanding talent and potential in these areas of school life.
Recipients are expected to act as role models within their field, strive for excellence, and contribute positively to the school community and beyond.
11+ SCHOLARSHIPS
St Nicholas’ School offers Academic, Art and Textiles, Drama, Music, and Sport Scholarships at Year 7 entry. Applicants may apply for up to two scholarships.
All-Rounder Scholarships may also be awarded at the Headmistress’s discretion to pupils who show promise in more than one area.
Scholarships are open to both internal and external candidates. To be considered, all applicants must sit the Year 7 entrance examinations during the autumn term. Candidates who meet the academic criteria will then be invited to attend scholarship assessments, which take place early in the spring term.
